• The upper beam, column and lower base are welded by channel steel. The cutter wheel mechanism is installed on the same plane of this component simultaneously.
• The suction platform is composed of square frame and aluminum plywood. There is a moving screw and a sliding seat under the platform, which supports the worktable to move up and down to reach the cutting height.
• The blade belt tension adjustment mechanism is an unloading device used to adjust the blade belt tension and install and remove the blade belt. When in use, the tension force of the spring can be adjusted by cooperating with the spring compression nut in the component.
• The entire worktable moves up and down through the gear motor to drive the sprocket to move up and down. The tool holder moves around the model with a cutting motion through the profiling pins.
