Machine with steam–the boiler can speed up the release of foam blocks from the mold.
Without steam–the foam blocks after pressing need to stay in the mold for 4-6 hours before it can be demolded. At the same time, you have to prepare 5-6 more molds.
With steaming system, it can produce 4- 5PCS/hour and 30-40 PCS/day about 8 hours.
The height depends on the density of foam you make. Usually the foam we make is less than 1200 mm in height.
It’s better to take the machine with roller when cutting the high density foam. It will be more accurately.
