Brief Introduction

Foam shredder machine is suitable for crushing all kinds of foam scraps. It can shred ordinary foam, slow rebound foam, regenerated foams, etc. The shred foam particles can be used as sofa cushions, stuffing for toys or rebonded foam. Machine Highlights

How To Use Foam Shredder Machine

• The pulverizer and power unit should be installed firmly. If the pulverizer is fixed for a long time, it should be fixed on the cement foundation. If the pulverizer is a mobile operation, the unit should be installed on the base made of angle iron, and the power machine (diesel engine or electric motor) and the pulley of the pulverizer should be ensured. The slots are in the same plane of revolution.
• After the pulverizer is installed, check the fastening condition of the fasteners of each part, and tighten them if they are loose. At the same time, check whether the belt tightness is appropriate.
• Before starting the pulverizer, turn the rotor by hand to check whether the claws, hammers and rotor are flexible and reliable. Check for collisions in the shell. Check whether the rotation direction of the rotor is consistent with the direction indicated by the machine arrow. Check whether the lubrication status of the power machine and the pulverizer is good.
• Do not replace the pulley casually, in case the speed is too high to cause the shredding chamber to explode, or the speed is too low to affect the working efficiency of the grinder.
• After the pulverizer is started, it should be idling for 2~3 minutes first, and then start feeding if there is no abnormal phenomenon.
• Pay attention to the operation of the pulverizer at any time during work, and feed materials evenly to prevent clogging. Don’t overwork for long periods of time. If vibration, noise, excessive temperature of the bearing and body, or material spraying out are found, stop the machine immediately for inspection, and continue working after troubleshooting.
