Brief Introduction

CNC foam cutting machine adopts the integration of programming and control and computer control to cut the special-shaped foam. This machine uses a high-speed vibrating blade system to control the blade moving at a speed of 6 m/s to cut the foam into shape without dust. Under the command of X, Y, and C axes controlled by the computer system, the cutting process is automatically carried out according to the trajectory of the graph.

With a reliable safety system, it can process foam blocks of any size, various types of foam fonts, memory foam, special-shaped cleaning products, etc. Suitable for all kinds of foam industry, furniture industry, packaging industry, automobile industry, cosmetics industry, daily necessities industry, and sound insulation industry.
