.Ensure that the mechanical and electrical equipment is properly grounded.
.Non-professionals should not open the electrical box without authorization, as it may lead to personal injury. Only qualified electrical maintenance personnel should repair the electrical components. During maintenance, the machine should be in a powered-off state, and all control assemblies, such as pneumatic and hydraulic components, should be shut down to prevent accidental activation (with a yellow warning label that reads, “Do not operate the switch during maintenance”). Before opening the electrical box, first check if the power has been disconnected. If live repairs are necessary, appropriate safety precautions should be taken to prevent electric shock hazards.
.When adjusting the fuses of various circuit breakers, the current value should remain the same as the original and should not be increased arbitrarily.
.The power supply voltage should not exceed 10% of the rated voltage of the electrical equipment to prevent insulation aging and damage.
.Protective covers, such as grinding wheel guards, belt guards, and blade guards, should remain intact and should not be removed during machine operation.
.No one should stand within 300mm in front of the blade when the machine’s blade is running.
.Do not stand under the workbench when it is being moved.
.During operation, belts, chains, and blades should not be approached by hand or other foreign objects to prevent accidents or personal injury.
.When moving or lifting objects, ensure that no one is standing beneath them to prevent accidents.
.In case of mechanical failures, professional repair personnel should be called to handle the repairs.
